Core Staff Associates are part‑time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both the team and our fans.

• All other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated sense of care in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive timely.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends, is essential.

Hours:

Pay: $16.90 per hour – $20.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
