Retail Inventory Associate (Part‑time)

Starting Wage: $19.00–$21.00

• Hiring immediately
• Earn up to $2.00 extra per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance‑based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced retail environment

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Backgrounds in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coach, or general labor are valuable
• No degree required; veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply
