Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures, POS operations, inventory management and donations, andARC merchandising standards.;
Supervise store staff and beneficiaries, coordinate scheduling and payroll records, and conduct performance feedback under Store Manager guidance.;
Support hiring, training, and development of store employees; communicate personnel issues to Store Manager and HR Generalist.;
Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction and develop strategies to improve service and community relations.;
Oversee Back Room Processing and ensure security of currency, inventory, and property; maintain safety and compliance with ARC policies and regulations.
