As part of Frito Lay, the snack manufacturing and sales unit of Pepsi Co, you will supervise a portfolio that includes iconic brands like FRITOS®, LAY'S®, DORITOS®, CHEETOS®, and TOSTITOS®.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to effectively implement and sell sales programs and initiatives.
- Lead district meetings with a focus on achieving sales objectives and goals.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions with Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) to enhance their performance in sales and customer service.
- Facilitate skill development by providing coaching on promotional selling strategies.
- Analyze data utilizing Pepsi Co applications for insights and performance trends.
- Collaborate with the product supply team for accurate sales forecasts to ensure product availability aligned with promotions.
- Create and present sales presentations to stakeholders as necessary.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Lift up to 40 lbs as needed during the course of your duties.
- Expected salary range is $73,600 - $123,150, with variations based on location, skills, experience, and education.
- Performance-based bonuses with a target of 15% of annual salary, payable quarterly.

- Paid time off, including parental leave, vacation, and sick leave, subject to eligibility.
- Mileage reimbursement available in accordance with company policy.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing frontline employees.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods and direct store delivery.
- Background in retail and sales is essential.
- Strong motivation with excellent skills in communication, negotiation, influence, and follow-up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have a safe driving record.
