What This Job Looks LikeYou’ll be the bridge between customer and technician.
- Listen to customer concerns and build trust
- Present inspections and recommendations clearly
- Manage workflow in a fast paced environment
- Tek Metric and Salesfix graduate is a plus!
- Keep communication moving — no customers left guessing
- Work as a team with technicians and leadership
- Help customers prioritize repairs (not pressure selling)
- This is a structured shop — you won’t be guessing what to do.
Base pay + uncapped commission
Typical earnings: $60,000 – $120,000+ per year
Many advisors earn: $5,000 – $10,000/month
