Sales Operations & Marketing Manager

Coast Counties Truck & Equipment Company seeks a Sales Operations & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth in wholesale commercial trucks and equipment. You will lead sales operations processes, CRM optimization, forecasting, and performance reporting while planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting transportation and fleet customers. Partner closely with sales, service, and parts teams to align promotions and customer communications. Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations processes to support wholesale truck and equipment sales performance
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting transportation and fleet customers across Northern and Central California
• Analyze sales data, forecasts, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements
• Maintain and optimize CRM and sales tracking tools to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and reporting
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams to align promotions, pricing, and customer communication
• Support budgeting, sales planning, and incentive programs to drive revenue growth
• Oversee digital marketing, website content, email campaigns, and social media presence
• Create sales and marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for key accounts
• Collaborate with leadership on market positioning, competitive analysis, and brand consistency
• Track campaign ROI and prepare regular reports and insights for management
