Tactical Security Officer - Loss Prevention

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer – Loss Prevention.

• At least five years of security experience
• At least 21 years old
• Baton permit
• OC spray permit
• Handcuff permit
• State security license and 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional trainings can be obtained during hiring)
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent documentation
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• First‑aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

• Observe, survey, and report activity at assigned locations.
• Patrol indoor and outdoor environments, responding rapidly to incidents.
• Read and write detailed reports and maintain incident documentation.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Detect and investigate suspicious activity.
• Detain and search individuals as needed.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Schedule:
  
  Full time & part time, 24‑32 hours per week. Wed‑Sat 5:30pm‑2:00am;
  Sun‑Tue 5:30pm‑2:00am.
• Competitive hourly wage: $34 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)
