Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Premier Security Guard – Loss Prevention.

Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Officer – Loss Prevention?

• Minimum five years of security experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid baton, OC spray, and handcuff permits.
• State security license and 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process).
• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• First‑aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Experience in military or law‑enforcement is encouraged.

• Part‑time schedule: 24 hours per week (Sunday – Tuesday, 5:30 pm – 2:00 am).
• Competitive hourly wage of $34.00 per hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees).

• Observe, survey, and report on activity at assigned locations.
• Patrol indoor and outdoor environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.
• Respond rapidly to critical situations and alarms.
• Read, write, and file detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Detain and search individuals as required.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
