Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute—no guesswork, no shortcuts—just clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds, handle it all.
• Panel and structural work—bring bent, twisted or torn parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly—fit and finish matters, final touches make all difference.
• Work as a team—trust and teamwork move cars through.
• Keep the work location clean—maintain safety and tidiness.

• Minimum 2 years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge—able to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No shortcuts—follow blueprints precisely.
• Sharp eye for detail—commitment to tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit—able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team‑first attitude—collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
