Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, organized Social Services Assistant to join our Full-Time team. You will work closely with the Social Services Director to advocate for residents, support their psychosocial needs, and assist with admission and discharge planning in a skilled nursing environment.
This role requires a high school diploma, and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology is preferred.
