Title: Commodity Bus Driver

Salary Range: $20.00 per Hour

Status: Non-Exempt

Location: Salinas, CA

Reports to: Supervisor I Broccoli

Responsible for transporting employees and materials between various locations safely and efficiently. This role will ensure timely arrivals and departures while maintaining and upholding safety standards at all times.

• Drive employees to and from field to drop-off locations.
• Daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in proper working condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Uphold a clean and organized bus interior, including regular cleaning and sanitization to ensure passenger health and safety.
• Maintain continuous supply and restocking of essentials in the portable restroom.
• Replenish drinking water during high heat periods.
• Other non-piece rate duties as assigned.

• Driver’s license without restrictions (Class
  
  B)
• Bilingual a plus

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, stoop, kneel and sit. The employee must occasionally

• Ability to travel to other facilities and offices.
• Ability to work long days including weekends.

• Relevant work experience Required
• CHP Driving Certification Required
