Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things organized, enjoys helping customers, and isn't afraid of a little paperwork? If so, we may have the perfect role for you!

• Managing shipping and receiving operations for freight and ground shipments (UPS and other carriers)
• Creating and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs) with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments to keep everything moving smoothly
• Answering customer and vendor phone calls with professionalism and a smile
• Keeping records organized and ensuring shipments are documented correctly

• Experience with Quick Books
• Ability to create and process Bill of Lading (BOL) forms
• Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures for freight and ground transportation
• Excellent customer service and phone communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organized
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
