We are seeking an experienced Accountant II to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, improving financial processes, and contributing to the success of a growing organization.

$65,000–$85,000
What You'll Do- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules.
- Oversee Accounts Payable operations and support process improvements.
- Partner with Operations to improve inventory accuracy, costing, and financial data integrity.
- Analyze financial information and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Support ERP enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Accounts Payable team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- 2+ years of leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system proficiency.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
