As a full-service accounting firm based in Saline, Michigan, we provide accounting, tax assistance, payroll solutions, and business performance support for small businesses and individuals. Daily Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses

Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulations

Assist clients with tax planning and strategies to minimize liabilities

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for tax filings

Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Experience with financial statements, balance sheets, and general ledger

Proficiency in accounting software and account reconciliation

Ability to perform journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

Understanding of internal controls and accruals

Nice to Have

Skills:

Min 5 year Tax experience 1120, 1065, 1040

Experience with taxes, financial reporting, and reconciliation

Quickbooks accounting software, and prefer Ultra Tax software

Ability to perform financial analysis and accounting review for team members

Salary and Benefits :

Minimum Salary: $45,000.00 Maximum Salary: $65,000.00 Benefits: 401(k) and Sick Leave
