Join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and communication across various functions.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Strong Japanese Language Fluency
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to drive vehicles for tasks such as dealership visits and refueling
- Self-Motivated and proactive in task management
- Strong Customer Service Capability
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in translation tasks
- Previous experience managing a small vehicle fleet
- Experience in executive schedule management
- Maintain Monthly Development Costs Reports, including manhours and expense tracking
- Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally
- Manage executives' schedules
- Arrange travel for a team of fewer than 15 members
- Perform translation tasks as necessary
- Maintain a small fleet of fewer than 20 vehicles, including scheduling and routine maintenance arrangements
- Perform other duties as assigned
