OverviewThis role leads a team of IC3 site support professionals, ensuring consistent delivery of support services across the campus in alignment with Oracle standards. The incumbent partners with Facilities Operations leadership, service teams, logistics, compliance, and site leadership to improve execution quality, maintain strong process discipline, and ensure the site‑support model scales with operational complexity. While this role does not manage plant operations directly, it plays a critical role in supporting safe, efficient, and well‑governed site execution in a 24/7 mission‑critical environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of site support professionals at the IC3 level.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve execution quality and process discipline.
- Ensure the site‑support model scales with increasing operational complexity.
- Provide guidance on incident response, outage management, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain audit‑ready records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Location:
Saline, Michigan (onsite). - Relocation assistance may be available in accordance with Oracle's relocation policy.
- 7–10+ years of experience in critical facilities management.
- Experience in mission‑critical infrastructure, power generation, or industrial environments.
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Electrical distribution systems.
- Mechanical/HVAC systems.
- Generators and UPS.
- CMMS/BMS platforms.
- Risk management and incident response.
- Data center cooling technologies.
- Incident response, outage management, and root cause analysis.
- Experience working in 24/7 high‑availability environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience supporting facilities, industrial, logistics, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, or data center operations.
- Strong understanding of scheduling support, documentation quality, and administrative control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Facilities, Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience also valued.
- Strong people leadership with the ability to coach, organize, and develop support staff.
- High attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination across operational, administrative, and leadership stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize competing requests and maintain structure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong process discipline and commitment to audit‑ready records.
- Service‑oriented mindset with professionalism and follow‑through.
- Ability to improve workflows and reinforce execution standards.
- Experience with CMMS, Service Now, document control systems, and maintenance workflow tools.
- Familiarity with facilities operations, maintenance coordination, vendor support, and site administration practices.
- Experience maintaining audit‑ready records in regulated or high‑accountability environments.
- Experience supporting planning forums, work coordination, outage support, and maintenance reviews.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business systems.
- Exposure to data center or other 24/7 critical operations environments.
This onsite role supports a mission‑critical data center environment. Duties require frequent walking, standing, sitting, and occasional climbing stairs. Flexibility to support site priorities, operational events, and business needs is essential.
