- Supporting engineers in the development and application of vehicle electronic components.
- Preparation and or maintenance of technical documentation according to engineering instructions.
- Support electronic part packaging in the vehicle using CATIA V5 CAD, in both the 3D and 2D environments.
- Updating wiring specifications, parts list based on detailed instructions from responsible engineers.
- Preparation of part orders for build events or evaluation activities.
- Support engineers and technicians with re-flashing ECUs and other vehicle update activities.
- Drawing comparison report creation and submission for engineer review.
- Support the maintenance and audit of open issues lists according to engineering instructions.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, CATIA V5 (both 3D and 2D environments)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skill
- Interest and willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks
- Willingness to work onsite at our Saline Michigan office 5 days/week
- Must be able to work up to 30% overtim
- Experience in vehicle specific mechanical design/develop men
- Experience with wiring or other electrical backgroun
