Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated therapy team at Evangelical Home in Saline, MI
. You’ll work in a resident‑centered skilled nursing setting alongside a compassionate and collaborative interdisciplinary team.

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document progress and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team
• Help residents regain and maintain communication and functional independence

• Michigan licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
• Experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, or rehab preferred
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• A passion for serving older adults with a resident‑focused mindset
