Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Program Management Team Lead to join its Saline, MI team! This role is central to shaping the customer experience, driving growth across key accounts, and leading a high‑performing team of Program Managers in a contract manufacturing environment. The position blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, guiding customer relationships, commercial management, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure programs run smoothly from quote through delivery.

Responsibilities

of the Program Management Team Lead:
  • Hire, develop, and retain top talent while serving as a key member of the site leadership team.
  • Lead the development and execution of customer Account Plans and overall Growth Strategy.
  • Manage the RFQ/quotation/proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and pricing integrity.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring strong communication, on‑time delivery, and quality performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring requirements are met and cross‑functional teams are aligned.
  • Ensure all program decisions align with customer contract terms and commercial expectations.
Qualifications of the Program Management Team Lead:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in Program Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 2+ years leading teams.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and technical services.
  • Strong customer relations and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
  • Proficiency using personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e‑mail.
