Machine Operator

Adecco is hiring Machine Operators with our client in Saline, MI. Machine Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $16.00-$16.40/hr., plus available overtime. As a Machine Operator, responsibilities include maintaining equipment in excellent condition, ensuring on-time delivery of quality products, and applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S standards. The role requires following standardized work instructions and traceability procedures while supporting ISO 14001/45001 safety and environmental policies.

Production issues are escalated as needed, with flexibility to meet customer demands and adherence to company values and safety protocols.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED

· At least 1 year of prior machine operation, production, or assembly experience, preferably in an automotive environment

· Reliable, detail-oriented, with a strong record of good attendance

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Willingness and availability to work various shifts (days, afternoons, midnights)

· Availability for mandatory overtime and weekend hours as required

· Commitment to following safety, health, and environmental policies, adhering to work instructions consistently, and upholding company values, ethics, and code of conduct

· Flexibility to meet production and customer demands

· Full schedule flexibility is required. Shift assignments will be determined during the interview process

Shifts:

· Day shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

· Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

· Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
