Be the go-to expert who keeps our molding floor running at its best
Step onto the production floor and you’ll set the pace: reviewing the day’s queue, preparing molds, dialing in parameters, and coaching operators so every part that leaves the press meets exacting standards. As our Injection Molding Process Technologist, you’ll own the health of our processes—starting up, stabilizing, improving, and teaching—so safety, quality, and throughput stay in perfect sync.

  • Support resin trials, new equipment installs, and process validation activities.
  • Create and maintain process sheets and setup standards for molds and tooling.
  • Perform light and preventative maintenance on molds, fixtures, and secondary equipment.
  • Verify material moisture content prior to startup and run to established specifications.
  • Train and mentor Operators and Supervisors on best practices, standards, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Lead scrap reduction efforts and drive continuous process improvements.
