Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Saline, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to evaluate patient health status.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document all care activities accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and University Home Care Inc policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, especially in home health care or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes within Saline, MI.
