Registered Nurse; RN

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Build strong, compassionate relationships with residents and provide person-centered care Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal care needs

Administer medications and monitor residents’ health and well-being

Observe, assess, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the care team Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

Uphold a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents and staff

Participate in additional duties as assigned to support resident care and team operations

Active RN license in the State of Michigan (required)
Long-term care experience (preferred)
Subacute rehabilitation experience (preferred)
Current CPR certification

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and ability to relay resident condition updates effectively

Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent bedside manner

Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
