Commissioning Validator

The Commissioning Validator will support commissioning validation for large-scale data center delivery programs, ensuring electrical, mechanical, controls, life-safety, and supporting infrastructure systems are tested, validated, documented, and accepted before operational turnover. This is a technical field and program-level validation role focused on commissioning readiness, test execution, evidence review, issue tracking, operational acceptance, and risk escalation. Qualified candidates must be comfortable working within one of the following locations:
Abilene, TX, Shackelford, TX, Saline, MI, Port Washington, WI, or Las Cruces, NM. Relocation assistance will be provided for selected out-of-market individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate commissioning execution across assigned sites, campuses, regions, or capacity programs with focus on readiness, test quality, safety, documentation, and operational acceptance.
• Support commissioning activities, including factory witness testing, pre-functional checks, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, failure-mode validation, and turnover documentation review.
• Review commissioning plans, method statements, test scripts, acceptance criteria, checklists, and system-readiness evidence before field execution.
• Observe and validate commissioning activities for MEP, controls, fire/life-safety, BMS, EPMS, SCADA/DCIM, and supporting infrastructure systems.
• Maintain validation trackers, action registers, risk logs, defect-aging summaries, readiness dashboards, test completion status, and leadership updates.
