Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour (may equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage).

Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Optional premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
