* POSITION OVERVIEW:

** We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing manufacturing organization. The Staff Accountant will support the accounting team by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close, inventory accounting, cost accounting support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and production teams.

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* * Prepare and maintain general ledger journal entries and account reconciliations
* Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
* Support inventory accounting, including cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation of inventory accounts
* Assist with cost accounting functions including labor, overhead allocation, and product costing analysis
* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets
* Analyze manufacturing variances and provide explanations to management
* Prepare financial reports and schedules for internal management review
* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
* Support internal audits and compliance reporting
* Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
* Collaborate with operations and production departments to improve financial accuracy and reporting efficiency
* Participate in ERP system maintenance, reporting enhancements, and process improvements
** QUALIFICATIONS

SUMMARY:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
* 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Understanding of GAAP and basic cost accounting principles
* Experience with ERP systems
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* CPA designation or progress toward CPA is a plus

* Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production workflows
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay Range: USD 70000 - 75000 Annually This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
