Position: HEALTH HUB ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST II

Main Purpose of Job

The main purpose of this full-time position is to provide administrative support related to Behavioral Health HUB needs. The position supports the Behavioral Health HUB Program Manager in preparing, developing, and researching policies and procedures. The role may also communicate with partner organizations to coordinate meetings, gather policy feedback, obtain signatures, and address other needs. Additionally, the position may assist with grant reporting metrics and perform other duties as assigned.

The role may require occasional evenings and weekends in case of an emergency response.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
  • Experience:

    One year of administrative, clerical, or secretarial work.

Notes:
Candidates may substitute 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university for the required experience. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non‑commissioned officer involving staff work requiring independent judgment and analysis on a year‑for‑year basis for the required experience.

  • Experience with databases, including data entry, information recovery, and invoice processing (please include level of proficiency).
  • Experience with office software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel (please include level of proficiency).
  • Experience with office and records management.
Special Requirements

Candidates may be responsible for providing their own transportation as needed to access meetings, remote locations, and job destinations as assigned.

Provide administrative support related to Behavioral Health HUB needs; assist Program Manager with policy development and research; coordinate communication with partner organizations; assist with grant reporting; perform general clerical duties.
