4-5 Days A Week, Working Some Weekends Hourly Range $36-$38/hr (ALL INCLUSIVE)(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour!

, the Assistant Administrator plays an essential role in ensuring smooth, efficient office operations and delivering a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for staff, visitors, and partners.
- Provide enthusiastic and reliable administrative support to managers and employees to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
- Organize and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings with accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, communications, and materials with attention to detail and excellence.
- Maintain organized filing systems to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and well-structured.
- Serve as a respectful, helpful point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing individuals to the appropriate personnel and providing clear information as needed.
- Monitor office supply inventory, anticipate needs, and ensure timely ordering to support uninterrupted operations.
- Must be a licensed administrator in the state of Maryland
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or a similar position in a healthcare setting
