* Wor-Wic office and computer lab positions:
* administrative assistant duties such as answering telephones, filing, copying, scanning, data entry
* preparing materials for mass mailings
* assisting with special events such as new student orientation, job fairs and group tours
* greeting visitors to the department
* Wor-Wic facilities positions:
* mail delivery, filing, distributing mail to various locations across campus
* driving to the post office
* Wor-Wic America Reads program:
* tutoring children in elementary school settings to improve their reading skills, either one-on-one or in a group setting
* Child Development Center positions:
* assisting teachers with activities for the children
* monitoring playtime, lunch and nap time as directed
Requirements for Federal Work Study Eligibility
* Must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen
* Must be enrolled in an associate degree or certificate of proficiency program at Wor-Wic Community College
* Must be enrolled for a minimum of six credit hours per semester at Wor-Wic Community College
* Must make satisfactory academic progress (minimum cumulative unweighted grade point average of 2.0 is required)
* Must not be in default on a previous student loan or owe any over payments on a grant or loan
* Must be Pell Grant eligible and have financial need
Requirements for Regular Student Employment Eligibility
* Must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen
