Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT)

Every day at Bio Life, we help improve the lives of patients with rare diseases. We focus on donors while providing a supportive, growth‑oriented environment in a fast‑paced, friendly setting.

• Participate in the six‑month accelerated training program to learn the full operations of plasma collection facilities.
• Develop and execute a personalized learning plan covering all aspects of facility management.
• Lead diverse teams, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, support development, and address staff planning and recruitment.
• Maintain high donor engagement and create a positive donor experience.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, conduct management training, problem‑solve, and provide operational support.
• Prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role after program completion through networking and relationship building.

• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Ability to travel 90–100% of the time and work in multiple locations across the country.
• Physical ability to walk/stand for entire shift; lift up to 5lb routinely and up to 32lb occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Relocation required upon program completion.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and FDA regulations.
• Background in a highly regulated or high‑volume retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, technical, and leadership skills.

Location:

United States – MD (Virtual)
Base salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, disability and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, holidays, sick and vacation time.
