QED Systems, LLC is currently recruiting a Financial Analyst
, to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
, in support of our C5
ISR Center HQ Operations Support contract. This position will be embedded with the C5
ISR Center G8 office and will work on a new project using an internally generated system for financial transactions called G-Invoicing.
- Prepare, analyze, and update budgetary documentation in all new and existing C5
ISR systems-of-systems, family-of-systems, platforms, systems as well as subsystems and items. - Use a new proprietary system, G-Invoicing, for tracking finances for the C5
ISR organization. - Facilitate functional service agreements and transfers of funds between government agencies.
- Create program and budget documentation to provide the government with planning of obligations and disbursements.
- Assist the Government in conducting integrated baseline reviews, compliance integrated baseline reviews, compliance reviews and cost/schedule status report reviews as needed in support of the Program Office programs.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and update of the Program Offices business management correspondence.
- Experience in using accountability systems; tracking and accounting of financial data.
- Ability to write, edit, and/or analyze documentation.
- Administer and manage general administrative products.
- Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work with a new system.
- Must have a strong desire to maintain quality data in daily work products.
- Experience in providing direct support to senior levels of government leadership.
- Experience with Functional Service Agreements (7600A) preferred.
- Experience with General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) preferred.

REQUIRED:
Secret
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least three (3) years’ experience.
- Associates degree and additional four (4) years or a High School Diploma and additional seven (7) years may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:This position will be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to government offices, military bases and depots, and/or warehouse/maintenance shops.

- Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
