We're hiring a Client Experience Coordinator to keep our office running smoothly and to be the face of our design process for every client who signs on with us. Most days, you'll handle office administration; once a client signs a design agreement, you'll personally guide them through concept meetings, design help, and selections - making sure the experience feels organized, personal, and on schedule in the design process.

• Office Administration: keep the office running day-to-day (phones, inbox, filing, supplies); be the first point of contact for client inquiries; handle light financial tasks like invoicing support and expense tracking; keep vendor/subcontractor records current; support onboarding paperwork.
• Client Design Process (once a design agreement is signed): lead concept, design-help, and selections meetings; help clients choose finishes and materials that fit their scope and budget; collect and organize trade bids based on scope and investment level; prepare proposals, presentations, and project showcases.

• Required: excellent written/verbal communication, highly organized, comfortable learning new software (we use Job Tread), basic comfort with Canva or Adobe Express, confident leading client meetings and discussing budgets.
• Nice to have: residential construction/homebuilding background, prior selections or interior-design-adjacent experience, Quick Books familiarity, a portfolio of client-facing materials.
