We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex SCIF and interior build‑out projects for a firm recognized for its hands‑on leadership, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality, precision, and trust.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Oversee interior construction and SCIF projects simultaneously across commercial and federal clients.
• Lead subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets, and ensure high‑quality safety standards.
• Serve as the primary project contact, maintaining proactive communication with clients and project teams.
• Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement across operations.

• Extensive experience in interior construction.
• Hands‑on SCIF project experience or in‑depth understanding of secure facility requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment including onsite at DMV projects, at the Maryland HQ, and from home as needed.

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.
