Laborer, Construction, Construction Labor & Trades

Evans Builders is seeking dependable Construction Laborers to support our commercial and industrial construction projects. This position involves assisting multiple trades, maintaining safe and organized job sites, and performing physical labor in a fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and are willing to learn and grow within the company.

• Assist crews with general construction tasks and daily project activities
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Assist with concrete work, steel erection, carpentry, and site activities as needed
• Operate hand and power tools safely and properly
• Support layout, demolition, and material staging operations
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements
• Perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
