Job Description A leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled 3D Drafter to join their engineering team in Salisbury, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with Solid Works experience to work on custom mechanical systems projects in a stable, Monday-Friday position. You will be creating critical 3D shop fabrication drawings that directly support the manufacturing of precision-engineered products, working closely with engineers in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities- Create detailed 3D shop fabrication drawings for custom products, primarily using Solid Works
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to refine and validate designs
- Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings meet industry standards
- Manage project timelines and documentation
- High school diploma
- Solid Works experience (required)
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and reliable attendance
- AutoCAD experience
- Additional training/certifications in drafting or related field
- Experience with custom fabrication or manufacturing drawings
- Experience in mechanical systems industry
