Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Engineer located in Salisbury, MD. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, developing project plans, managing project execution, and ensuring timely and successful completion. The role also involves collaboration with various teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure all technical and project requirements are met, as well as ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills, with the ability to design and manage complex projects
• Proven Project Management skills, including budget management, timeline coordination, and resource allocation
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on applying technical concepts to real‑world projects
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively
• Ability to analyze technical challenges and develop innovative solutions
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required;
  Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus
• Proficiency with project management software or tools is preferred
• Prior experience in municipal or public infrastructure engineering projects is highly desirable
