Salary: $107,500–$204,500 annual (USD)

• Support system architecture development,CONOPS development, and system trade studies for combat Identification of Friend or Foe (IFF) solutions.
• Conduct requirements analysis and flow‑down to hardware and software configuration items.
• Design and develop system solutions for air defense, air control, and self‑protection missions in airborne and ground applications.
• Propose, implement, verify, and deliver integrated systems, working closely with an Integrated Program Team (IPT) in a Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
• Analyze and document system behaviors to meet emerging needs using MBSE tools and principles.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring engineering integrity and program execution to plan.
• Offer functional guidance to less‑experienced engineers and occasionally supervise technicians and clerical assistants.

• Minimum 8years of experience in systems engineering related to requirements analysis, performance analysis, and MBSE tool utilization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or advanced degree with at least 5years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) fundamentals.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams of electrical, mechanical, software, test, logistics, and other systems engineers.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance.

• OMG‑Certified Systems Modeling Professional certification.
• Experience with MBSE tools such as DOORS Next‑Gen, Cameo Enterprise Architect, or Rational Rhapsody.
• Familiarity with military equipment development processes.
• Experience in disciplined engineering processes, scope management, people development, earned‑value management, and risk/opportunity management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong team‑building, leadership, and motivational abilities.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience with DSP theory and/or MATLAB modeling.
