Summary

Drive equipment reliability, operational excellence, and process safety across the facility. As a Mechanical Integrity Manager, you will lead the Mechanical Integrity Program while overseeing inspection, testing, maintenance, and risk-based asset management strategies for fixed and rotating assets, including pressure vessels, piping systems, tanks, structural assets, and other critical process equipment. You will partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, and Capital Project teams to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize asset performance, and support safe, reliable operations.

This role is ideal for a strategic, technically skilled leader who is passionate about asset integrity, risk reduction, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams that drive long-term operational success.

The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

  • Lead and manage the site Mechanical Integrity Program to ensure compliance with company standards, OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and execute inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, and risk mitigation strategies for pressure vessels, piping systems, storage tanks, relief devices, structural assets, and other critical equipment.
  • Establish and maintain asset integrity management systems, inspection records, equipment history, and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and third-party inspections, including Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), thickness monitoring, vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition monitoring technologies.
  • Manage Mechanical Integrity elements associated with Process Safety Management (PSM) and support compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory inspections.
  • Lead root cause failure investigations involving equipment integrity events and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop risk-based inspection (RBI) and reliability strategies to optimize asset performance and extend equipment life cycles.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to prioritize critical repairs, replacements, and capital improvement projects.
