Equity Research Associate Analyst – Technology – TRPIM

Role Summary

• Provides fundamental equity research support for our technology team.

• Diverse responsibilities include company/industry related research projects, building/updating financial models, assisting in quarterly earnings analysis, attending conferences, and meetings with management teams, and preliminary work on new ideas.
• Collaboration with the entire investment platform including analysts, portfolio managers, and directors of research.
• Provide investment insight and impact the investment process, going beyond number crunching.

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• 1‑4 years relevant work experience (technology equity research preferred).
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, including prior experience building three‑statement models.
• Creativity and ability to imagine.

• Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity.
• Highly motivated, confident self‑starter able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct in‑depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics that can add to the investment process.
• Completion of at least Level 1 of the CFA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from in‑depth research and analysis.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
