Job Overview
This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, conducting client meetings, reviewing financial and investment goals, and recommending products. The position may involve residential mortgage loan originating activities and requires SAFE Act registration and background checks.
Responsibilities- Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building financial plans that incorporate brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and refer them to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds, mitigating and controlling risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Ability to obtain required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Strong peer relationship skills through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Execution of multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to new technology or applications.
- Held FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
