Assist in patient-specific education regarding adequacy measures (OLC, AMP, UKM) and disease process.;
Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders, including blood flow (QB) and dialysate flow (QD).;
Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed; monitor patient response to therapy.;
Ensure accurate documentation of Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and all treatment data in designated systems.;
Maintain infection control practices and support CQI activities and ongoing staff training.
