Workforce Development Coordinator Summary

The Workforce Development Coordinator coordinates Tidal Health's educational funding programs, academic partnerships, and workforce development initiatives. This position maintains tuition assistance and educational funding programs and facilitates placements in Career Technical Experience (CTE) and work-based learning (WBL) programs. The coordinator serves as a liaison with educational institutions to strengthen training and career development opportunities.

Workforce Development Coordinator Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.

* Knowledge of workforce development resources and social services.

* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and database management.

Workforce Development Coordinator Schedule

* Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday.

* Evenings and weekends may be required as needed.

* Some travel between multiple campuses and partnership locations.

Workforce Development Coordinator Benefits

* At Tidal Health, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range: $18.58 - $27.87 Commensurate with experience
