Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part-Time | $25–$30/hr About Us

Growing Minds Behavioral Health provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment to help children develop essential life skills through both structured and play-based sessions. We believe in compassion, cultural humility, and making learning fun while supporting each child’s unique growth across home, school, and community settings.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based, engaging activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).
