• Translate system requirements into detailed program designs using Systems Development Methodology (SDM)
• Code, test, configure, and document programs and systems from detailed specifications
• Support team management and quality improvement processes through commitment to team-building and goal setting
• Collaborate with team members to develop, enhance, and support applications that meet customer requirements
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical systems and maintain technical proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role
• Demonstrated progression in the systems development field, from programming to project management
• Knowledge of computer analysis and programming, systems development methodology, and project management
• Willingness to provide rotating 24-hour systems support and travel up to 20%

• Continuous improvement in knowledge of the poultry industry through technology courses
• Experience with customer and communication skills in a technical environment
