IT Support Specialist

Overview

Pohanka of Salisbury is looking for a skilled and experienced IT assistant/Helpdesk Associate with comprehensive hardware, software, and networking knowledge. Are you detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong communication skills and a passion for IT? If your answer is yes, we want to talk to you!

This position is open to full time and part time applicants. This is not a remote position, and requires physical presence in the office.

• Troubleshooting technical and operational issues
• Responding to employee queries and requests
• Ensuring the security of company data
• Maintaining inventory of hardware
• Additional tasks assigned

• A minimum of 1 year of IT support experience
• Degree in Computer Technology or equivalent certifications or work experience
• Knowledge of hardware, software, networking and cybersecurity
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Self-Motivated
• Detailed oriented
• This is an on-site position
