We are the prime contractor for a program delivering technical solutions using emerging technologies such as commercial cloud, high‑performance computing, and enterprise architecture. This program supports mission‑critical work for the National Security of the United States and has high strategic importance. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
Job ResponsibilitiesApply process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively enhance and align enterprise‑level processes. Facilitate project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives. Coordinate the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional knowledge‑transfer activities. Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise‑wide integration of engineering efforts.
Requirements- 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all acquisition phases, identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required. Four years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
