CNO Developer

Location:
Hanover, MD (On-site)

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000

Ring0 Technologies ("Ring Zero") is hiring an advanced CNO Developer passionate about producing custom capabilities for critical cyberspace operations. This developer will be integrated into a cutting-edge cybersecurity team and will be thrust into performing in the most challenging computer environments.

Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

As an CNO Developer, you will work in an Agile environment and leverage your skills in Research, Software Engineering and Networking to develop impactful mission tools. In this role, you will be a contributing member of a small multi-disciplinary team that researches platforms and implements solutions in C, C++, and Assembly. You will also be responsible for supporting unit, component, and system test activities as well as contribute to readiness reviews and product release cycles.

You must be able to effectively communicate with the technical team, management, and the customer to keep them informed of progress, plans and potential issues.

• Experience in system level programming or developing for embedded systems.
• Development experience using C/C++ for x86, PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM.
• Experience in network programming.
• Experience reverse engineering using Ghidra, IDA Pro, or Binary Ninja.
• Familiarity with basic VLAN/VPN/NAT concepts.
• Familiarity using signal analysis tools such as Wireshark.
• Scripting experience using Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Comfortable developing in the Linux operating system.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering plus 5 or more years of relevant experience.

• CNO capability development experience.
• Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
• Understand assembly programming concepts.
• Unit Test experience.
• Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
• Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
• Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.
