Role Overview
Join MANTECH's team as a Service Now Developer to configure and develop customized solutions within the Service Now platform. This is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. The team is dedicated to safeguarding our nation through advanced tech and innovative solutions.
What You Will DoDesign, develop, and deploy Service Now solutions, analyze requirements, develop workflows, and troubleshoot platform issues. Create technical documentation and provide training to organizational stakeholders.
Why It Might Be a FitThis role requires a motivated, career and customer-oriented individual with 5+ years of Service Now development experience. The ideal candidate will have certifications in Service Now development and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Requirements- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience specializing in Service Now development
- Active Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications
- Experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Service Now Studio
- Established track record navigating Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability supporting the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and federal software accreditation processes
