Technical HCM Analyst

Role Overview

The Technical HCM Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle HCM platform across the enterprise. This role requires deep technical expertise, advanced problem‑solving capability, and hands‑on experience working within a complex, highly integrated Oracle ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oracle HCM system support and troubleshooting
• Advanced configuration
• Compensation and workforce configuration
• Oracle Visual Builder Studio and extensibility
• Version control and development practices
• Oracle AI agents and emerging capabilities
• Integrations and data flow support
• Reporting and data analysis
• Oracle security
• Testing and release support

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, advanced expertise in Fast Formula development and BPM Worklist/Approval Rule configuration, and experience supporting Oracle Visual Builder Studio and Git‑based version control.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
• Advanced expertise in Fast Formula development (expert level required)
• BPM Worklist / Approval Rule configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM architecture elements configuration and processing logic
• Building and managing hierarchies (supervisory, org tree, approvals)
• Experience supporting Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Working knowledge of Git-based version control
• Exposure to or experience with Oracle AI capabilities / AI agents
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production and integration issues
• Strong understanding of Oracle security concepts and data access
