Join our Operations team as a Logistics Administrator at MSL Worcester, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our stores and warehouse functions. Imagine managing processing documentation and maintaining accurate stock control while supporting operational teams with timely and precise information. You will coordinate goods movement, maintain organized stock systems, and contribute to a clean and compliant environment.

- Maintain Stock Records :
Ensure accurate stock records within inventory management systems to support operational efficiency. - Process Documentation :
Handle goods received notes (GRNs), stock transfers, and dispatch documentation with precision. - Monitor Stock Levels :
Keep an eye on stock levels, highlighting shortages or discrepancies to ensure smooth operations. - Support Audits :
Assist in stock audits and cycle counts, investigating and resolving any variances that arise. - Coordinate Shipments :
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Experience :
Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or administrative role is essential. - Organizational Skills :
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. - Attention to Detail :
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work. - Technical Proficiency :
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with inventory or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). - Communication Skills :
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
